I’m Ursula Taylor, Founder of Conflict Reimagined.
After more than seventeen years as a commercial litigator, I came to recognize a fundamental disconnect between how we traditionally approach conflict and what people and businesses actually need to resolve it.
Conflict is not simply a legal problem, a communication problem, or an emotional problem. It is often a complex combination of competing interests, perspectives, relationships, and business realities. Resolving it requires more than determining who is right or wrong.
Today, I work as an arbitrator, mediator, and conflict strategist, bringing together extensive litigation experience, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the human dynamics of conflict.
My work spans commercial dispute resolution, conflict strategy, leadership advisory services, and the development of innovative approaches to arbitration and mediation.
