The unsaid truth not yet integrated into legal systems is that getting what you want does not require winning or making someone else wrong, and resolution does not require giving up leverage or power. Rather, sustaining resolution comes from understanding that conflict derives from human emotional energy. I support clients to resolve conflict by identifying the true sources of their dispute and evolving the human emotional energy into something that supports positive growth. When some amount of traditional dispute resolution is required, I support clients to approach these paths in the highest and most effective ways while preserving paths for resolution and cooperation.
