An objective of being right, making other people wrong or “winning” through sustained conflict detracts from performance and results. I provide customized training seminars to support leadership in identifying and resolving conflict in order to avoid costly disputes and foster expansion and creativity within and outside organizations. Resolving conflict is more than ending an expensive dispute.
